Client Experience Administrator

Are you a tech enthusiast with a passion for top-notch customer service? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience and Support Specialist!

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our payroll software, providing 1st line support to our valued clients. From troubleshooting technical issues to conducting training sessions, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients have a seamless experience.  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional 1st line support for our payroll software, ensuring prompt resolution of client inquiries.

  • Engage with clients proactively and professionally across multiple channels, including email, chat, phone, and Teams calls.

  • Deliver captivating and informative client training sessions to ensure maximum utilization and understanding of our software solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a client support role, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Experience within a technology-related role and/or a genuine interest in great tech

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
