When you think of someone who embodies the spirit of our business, Megan Rolland immediately comes to mind. Megan plays a pivotal role in driving client success and innovation, managing client relationships while spearheading product development. Prior to Offshore Payroll, Megan leveraged over 7 years of HR expertise in Jersey, London, Luxembourg, and Australia, where she implemented a cloud-based HRIS for a 700-user organisation as her final project.
Megan’s passion is centred around the blend of technology and business, making her an invaluable asset to our Offshore Payroll clients. With a BSc in Biology and as an Associate Member of CIPP and CIPD, Megan’s technical skills are matched only by her deep understanding of the payroll process, ensuring that even the most complex projects are delivered with clarity and ease.
Megan is not just an exceptional talent; she is a driving force behind our company. Her energy and dedication inspire everyone around her, whether she is coordinating a challenging project or squeezing in a Muay Thai session. Outside the office, Megan loves to explore the outdoors with her young family or brave a cold-water dip.
We are incredibly fortunate to have Megan as part of the Offshore Payroll team and fully appreciate her unique blend of skills and passions.

With over 25 years of experience in strategic HR management, Mike has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-jurisdictional projects. He recently joined Offshore Payroll as Managing Director, bringing his extensive expertise to support and enhance our commitment to providing world-class payroll software solutions.
Throughout his career, Mike has led numerous strategic initiatives, consistently ensuring excellence in operations management, financial oversight, team development, and stakeholder relations.
Before joining Offshore Payroll, Mike served as Global Head of HR for one of Europe’s leading hedge funds for nearly 12 years, followed by his role as Chief People Officer for a global Funds Services business. His involvement in multiple payroll integration projects has provided him with deep insights into the client-side dynamics of such initiatives.
Outside of the professional sphere, Mike has been a dedicated volunteer RNLI for the past six years, actively participating as a volunteer crew member on the Inshore and All-Weather lifeboat operations based in St. Helier.
When he’s not at work, Mike is a hands-on dad and enjoys life as a competent snowboarder, keen marathon runner, enthusiastic baker, struggling golfer, occasional surfer, and when time permits, a smiling motorbike rider.

With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, Ross has built a reputation for excellence. His career is marked by a consistent ability to architect, develop, and manage intricate systems across a diverse array of technologies and platforms. His approach is underpinned by a strong scientific and mathematical foundation, having earned a master’s degree in physics with a specialisation in computational modeling.
In an era where security is paramount, Ross excels in securing complex cloud environments—particularly within AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. He ensures that the solutions he delivers are not only robust but also adhere to the highest standards of security, continuity, and recovery, giving our clients confidence that their critical data and operations are safeguarded against evolving threats.

We’re excited to welcome Ella Hanley to the team as our new Client Experience Administrator! With a strong eye for detail and a real commitment to excellent service, Ella is here to make sure every aspect of your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable.
Ella brings with her a diverse background in procurement, where she honed her skills in building relationships and understanding client needs. Now, she’s applying that expertise to support our clients through software onboarding, technical training, and ongoing client care. Ella’s enthusiasm and adaptability have already made a great impression, and we’re looking forward to seeing her thrive.
