Jackie’s commitment to understanding and meeting client needs is hugely impressive. She is here to make your journey with Offshore Payroll smooth and enjoyable. Her previous experience of technical projects includes launching a cloud-based booking system for a high-profile hotel, rebranding and new website planning, as well as managing onboarding, employee rotas and payroll. Plus, she is certified in Zendesk Agent Support and HubSpot Inbound Marketing, adding to her impressive skill set!
Jackie’s enthusiasm extends beyond her professional role. As our go-to person for organising team events and recommending great restaurants around the globe, she brings a touch of magic to our office life.

Adam is a seasoned Information Technology expert with over 20 years of experience across various IT roles, including systems development, architecture, policy, security, and infrastructure. His broad technical skill set spans multiple programming languages and extensive work with Windows and Linux servers. Adam has a decade of experience designing and maintaining complex AWS cloud infrastructure and is a capable SQL server developer and DBA for large corporate database server deployments. Businesses using the global accounting platform Xero as their accounting system, can now benefit from a two-way interface with the cloud payroll application, Offshore Payroll.

Ella brings with her a diverse background in procurement, where she honed her skills in building relationships and understanding client needs. Now, she’s applying that expertise to support our clients through software onboarding, technical training, and ongoing client care. Ella’s enthusiasm and adaptability have already made a great impression, and we’re looking forward to seeing her thrive.

The CER submissions are quick and simple. Also sending payslips and the staff having their own log in to view older payslips, removing the need to re-supply them with payslips for tax purposes, something I used to get a lot! Good support when needed, helpful videos and links for guidance.
