Jackie is our Customer Experience Specialist with a flair for marketing and design! With over a decade of top-level hospitality experience under her belt, Jackie’s expertise in client relations makes her an invaluable asset to us and our Offshore Payroll clients.
Jackie’s commitment to understanding and meeting client needs is hugely impressive. She is here to make your journey with Offshore Payroll smooth and enjoyable. Her previous experience of technical projects includes launching a cloud-based booking system for a high-profile hotel, rebranding and new website planning, as well as managing onboarding, employee rotas and payroll. Plus, she is certified in Zendesk Agent Support and HubSpot Inbound Marketing, adding to her impressive skill set!
Jackie’s enthusiasm extends beyond her professional role. As our go-to person for organising team events and recommending great restaurants around the globe, she brings a touch of magic to our office life.

Meet our Team – Adam O’Neil
Adam is a seasoned Information Technology expert with over 20 years of experience across various IT roles, including systems development, architecture, policy, security, and infrastructure. His broad technical skill set spans multiple programming languages and extensive work with Windows and Linux servers. Adam has a decade of experience designing and maintaining complex AWS cloud infrastructure and is a capable SQL server developer and DBA for large corporate database server deployments. Adam holds a BSc in Computer Systems Engineering, with a specialism in cryptography. Adam also holds a Microsoft Certified Professional in SQL Server and is ITIL v3 qualified.
Meet our Team – Kavitha Nalluri
We’re delighted to welcome Kavitha to the team! With nearly a decade of experience in software testing and a MSc in Computer Applications, Kavitha has a deep passion for delivering high-quality, reliable software. From planning test strategies to refining business requirements, Kavitha is dedicated to ensuring every Offshore Payroll project meets the highest quality standards before deployment.
Before joining us, Kavitha worked at both Apple and Google, gaining valuable experience in testing complex systems. At Apple, Kavitha focused on integrity tests for POS applications, and at Google, helped fine-tune new features. Along the way, she also introduced a functional test automation framework that improved operational efficiency across 20 initiative programs.
Beyond technical expertise, Kavitha has a natural curiosity for emerging technologies like automation and loves finding new ways to enhance testing processes. Now settled in Jersey with her family, Kavitha is bringing knowledge, collaboration, and fresh ideas to our team and we are all very excited to have her here!

December labour market report published by Statistics Jersey
Statistics Jersey have today published the December 2020 Labour Market report. Jersey’s labour market report is published every six months and covers key aspects of the job market for both the private and public sector.
In December 2020:

the total number of jobs was 60,000. There was an annual decrease of 1,380 jobs (2.2%) since December 2019, the largest December decrease since at least 1998
-
there were 51,470 jobs in the private sector. This was an annual decrease of 1,790 jobs (3.4%), its largest recorded decrease in December
-
there were 8,530 jobs in the public sector. This was an annual increase of 400 jobs (4.9%)
At a sectoral level:

seven sectors saw annual decreases in jobs; the largest decrease was of 1,040 jobs in hotels, restaurants and bars, which was the second-largest change recorded in any sector to date (with the largest being the annual decrease of 1,700 recorded by this sector in June 2020)

the annual increase of 400 jobs in the public sector was driven by an increase of 330 in the number of Government of Jersey (GOJ) core employees (permanent and fixed term employees), which includes staff employed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic

We have worked with Offshore Payroll for a few years to help deliver efficient payroll services to our clients, and to support those clients running their own payroll function.
