We’re excited to welcome Ella Hanley to the team as our new Client Experience Administrator! With a strong eye for detail and a real commitment to excellent service, Ella is here to make sure every aspect of your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable.
Ella brings with her a diverse background in procurement, where she honed her skills in building relationships and understanding client needs. Now, she’s applying that expertise to support our clients through software onboarding, technical training, and ongoing client care. Ella’s enthusiasm and adaptability have already made a great impression, and we’re looking forward to seeing her thrive.
When she’s not providing great client service, Ella stays active with cycling, singing, and boxing. A keen traveller, she has explored the world but is now enjoying quality time at home with her friends and family.
As Ella begins her journey in the payroll sector, we are excited to see her bring her energy and skills to the role and continue building strong connections with our clients.

As former Executive Director of one of Jersey’s leading recruitment companies, Rowlands Recruitment, she has over 30 years of experience in the employment markets across NZ, Australia and Jersey and during that time gained extensive business experience in Payroll Services and a Remuneration Survey.

Jackie’s commitment to understanding and meeting client needs is hugely impressive. She is here to make your journey with Offshore Payroll smooth and enjoyable. Her previous experience of technical projects includes launching a cloud-based booking system for a high-profile hotel, rebranding and new website planning, as well as managing onboarding, employee rotas and payroll. Plus, she is certified in Zendesk Agent Support and HubSpot Inbound Marketing, adding to her impressive skill set!

Meet our Team – Megan Rolland
When you think of someone who embodies the spirit of our business, Megan Rolland immediately comes to mind. Megan plays a pivotal role in driving client success and innovation, managing client relationships while spearheading product development. Prior to Offshore Payroll, Megan leveraged over 7 years of HR expertise in Jersey, London, Luxembourg, and Australia, where she implemented a cloud-based HRIS for a 700-user organisation as her final project.
Megan’s passion is centred around the blend of technology and business, making her an invaluable asset to our Offshore Payroll clients. With a BSc in Biology and as an Associate Member of CIPP and CIPD, Megan’s technical skills are matched only by her deep understanding of the payroll process, ensuring that even the most complex projects are delivered with clarity and ease.

The reporting section is extremely in depth and helpful. We have been using various reports to help create our own management reports which has led us to examine payroll expenditure easily.
Having the widgets to run through step-by-step payroll or adding a new employee ensures nothing is missed. Also, the accessibility due to being Cloud based.
It’s a great system! Easy to use, can be tailored to your specific payroll needs without being overwhelming and if you can’t find something in the extensive user guide then a team of experts is only a click away.
